What we collect

When you send the quote form we receive:

• Your name, and the phone number or email you give us.
• What is going on with your computer, in your own words.
• If you add them: the service you need, your device, your postal code, a promo code, and how you would like us to reach you.
• Which link or post brought you to the site, when the link carries a tag (for example a Facebook group name). We use this to see which posts are worth the effort.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, give you a flat quote, and confirm we cover your area. We do not use it for anything else.

Who sees it

Your request is emailed to the owner, and a short alert with your name, contact details and a summary of the problem may be sent to the owner's phone. If you give an email address, you may get a short confirmation by email. We use an email delivery service (Resend) and a push notification service (ntfy) to do this, and the site is hosted on Vercel. This site does not keep your request in a database, and it does not use advertising trackers.

We do not sell your details.

Your choices

You can always email somarbusiness25@gmail.com instead of using the form. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email the same address.
